สวัสดี ! I started Glin Dee almost 4 years ago and just realized I've never introduced myself ! My name is Michelle and I am a one woman biz. Everything from the shop is made with so much care by my own 2 hands .

Prior to starting Glin Dee, I was studying aromatherapy - playing around with scent combinations and making candles for friends & family. In May 2017 I went on a trip to Thailand to visit family. Before I left, I gifted my grandpa a meditation oil in a roll on bottle. He immediately took the lid off and started sniffing it like crazy. Then said 'it's not strong enough !' Haha he thought it was ya dom. It made me think a lot about ya dom, everyone in Thailand uses it. It's produced in a plastic tube there, inside is just a sponge with oils. I thought to myself.. there has to be a more natural way to do this. I made it my goal to bring grandpa back some ya dom that was strong AND natural

When I got back to the states I did lots of research and found a thai herbal book that had monk recipes of herbal remedies. I tweaked the ya dom recipe to work with what I could find locally and it came out amazing. I felt I should share it with the world.. and started Glin Dee !

I love making Thai and asian inspired products. Makes me feel more connected to my culture. I plan on adding more thai inspired products to the shop very soon.
